The UK's NIHR BRC for Mental Health is a pioneering research centre bringing together researchers, clinicians and allied health professionals from two internationally recognised organisations: South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust and the Institute of Psychiatry, King's College London.

Our specialist BRC is driving translational research in mental health. Building on a strong scientific base in biological research, in psychology, epidemiology and other disciplines we will improve the health of our patients and communities through developing new treatments, better assessments and earlier, more individualised interventions for a wide range of disorders.
